First post of this year...

As much as I would love to spend more time blogging, and sharing some of my thoughts with you, I simply don't have the time. I also don't have very many "big" or great things to say. I think I will probably just end up posting quotes I have found encouraging or challenging, as well as somethings that the Lord has been teaching me. Here is one for today... and then I must get some sleep!

What a wonderful reminder that the Lord is sovereign and he has a plan for our lives. That is something that I have been resting in as I work through all this homework and craziness that makes up college life. I'm definitely grateful for God's mercies that are new each and every morning. Now I need to go to bed so I can claim some new mercies for tomorrow (aka today's) trials. :)
